Personal Guarantee
This Personal Guaranty is inducement to Ames to extend credit to Applicant. The Guarantor(s) hereby acknowledges having read the terms and conditions of the Sale and Security Agreement and the Rental and Service Agreement and agrees to be bound by said terms and conditions. I (we) hereby Guaranty payment of all obligations presently or hereafter owing to Ames by the Applicant pursuant to the Sale and Security Agreement and the Rental and Service Agreement. This Personal Guaranty is absolute, complete, irrevocable and continuing and it shall not be necessary for Ames to give notice to the Guarantor(s) of any extension of credit to Applicant, any renewal thereof, any modification of the terms thereof, or of Ames's arrangements with any other guarantor. The Guarantor(s) authorizes Ames to contact any reference concerning their respective credit histories, to obtain consumer credit reports concerning the Guarantor(s) at the time this application is processed and from time to time as Ames deems necessary, and to file reports with credit reporting agencies regarding the performance of this account and the performance of Guarantor(s) in ensuring timely payment. The Guarantor(s) agrees to pay all costs, expenses, fees, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs of collection that may be incurred by Ames in enforcing this Personal Guaranty.

Sales and Security Agreement
The Applicant hereby acknowledges having read the terms and conditions of the Sale and Security Agreement and the Rental and Service Agreement and agrees to be bound by said terms and conditions. The undersigned authorizes AXIA ACQUISITION CORPORATION, D/B/A AMES TAPING TOOLS ("Ames") to obtain a consumer credit report concerning the undersigned at the time this application is processed and from time to time as Ames deems necessary, and authorizes Ames to contact any reference concerning the Applicant's or the undersigned's credit history and to file reports with credit reporting agencies regarding the performance of this account. Applicant's signature attests financial responsibility, ability and willingness to pay in accordance with above terms.
