Pricing and Payment

Product prices offered on this Site may vary from other advertised prices due to varying conditions in different geographic markets. All prices advertised via this Site are in US Dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States and such prices do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. Conflict Resolution

Judgment on the arbitral award is final and binding and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The foregoing does not apply to the extent AMES wishes to seek equitable relief

This Agreement and any policies it references, including without limitation the Web Site Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AMES with respect to the purchase of any products via the Site or your creation of any account with AMES via the Site. In the event any of the provisions of the Agreement are held unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provisions shall be deemed severed from the applicable agreement, and the remaining provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.
