Mr. Mathers brings with him 34 years of experience in the construction and rental industries where he held a variety of sales and leadership roles, including President of Phillips/Day & Maddock, Inc. (acquired by Hertz Equipment Rental Corporation in 1998), and most recently as Director of Strategic Field Sales Development with Hertz. Over the years Mr. Mathers has been responsible for developing and implementing several highly-effective training programs that have driven revenue, honed skill-sets, and built robust sales teams. During his tenure with HERC Mr. Mathers originated a one-to-one selling arrangement with 5% of the customer base that produced 60 million in revenue.
